By purchasing services from Reputro, you agree to the following Terms of Payment. These terms apply to all transactions made through our website or via direct invoicing unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Payment Processor

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, a leading global payment platform. Stripe supports major credit and debit cards, as well as certain regional payment methods depending on your location.

You do not need a Stripe account to make a purchase. All card details are handled securely by Stripe; Reputro does not store or have access to your full payment details.

2. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in USD, unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Billing Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any services are delivered.
  • No work will commence until payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Stripe.
  • An email receipt will be automatically generated and sent upon successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. You may be eligible for replacements under the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.

5. Taxes and Fees

  • Stripe processing fees are included in our listed prices unless otherwise stated.
  • Invoices or tax-compliant receipts are available upon request.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@reputro.com to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first reaching out will be considered a breach of our Terms and may result in the suspension of all services and the forfeiture of any replacements.

Reputro reserves the right to submit all supporting documentation to Stripe to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Payment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved and processed. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@reputro.com.

8. Updates to Payment Terms

Reputro reserves the right to change pricing, billing terms, or accepted payment methods at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website and will not affect any orders already placed and paid.
