Welcome to Reputro. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your relationship with Reputro (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Services

Reputro offers a review enhancement service designed to improve a business’s online reputation by providing manually written, platform-compliant reviews submitted via aged, verified Trustpilot accounts. Reviews are customized to match your brand and posted with organic timing and language for increased retention.

We provide the following services:

  • Custom review writing
  • Posting via aged, verified Trustpilot accounts (typically from 2016–2017)
  • Consultation on review strategy and timing
  • Deletion resistance based on account history and organic behavior

Reputro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Trustpilot or any other review platform.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information for review creation.
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
  • Understand and accept the inherent risks involved in third-party review services.

You may not use our service to:

  • Promote illegal or deceptive products or services.
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without our express written permission.

3. Nature of the Reviews

All reviews delivered by Reputro are:

  • Uniquely and manually written by trained writers.
  • Designed to reflect realistic user experiences.
  • Submitted through trusted, aged accounts to reduce the risk of moderation or deletion.

While we make every effort to ensure reviews remain published, no guarantee can be made regarding the permanent visibility of any review. Trustpilot and other platforms may remove content at their discretion.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Because our services involve manual creative work and the use of aged verified assets, all sales are final. However, we offer:

  • Free replacement of any review removed within 90 calendar days of posting, provided that the removal is not caused by customer intervention or mass reporting.

Refunds will not be issued except in cases where Reputro fails to deliver any part of the agreed service.

5. Account Access & Confidentiality

We do not request or require access to your Trustpilot account. All reviews are submitted externally via our verified reviewer network. Client information, brand names, and service requests are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Reputro shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made by platforms over which we have no control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Reputro remains our intellectual property until published. Once posted, the client receives full usage rights over the review content associated with their brand. Content may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without permission.

8. Compliance and Platform Risk

By using our services, you accept that:

  • Reputro provides services intended to simulate natural, compliant customer behavior, but cannot guarantee compliance with any platform’s internal moderation tools or algorithms.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for any client, at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Businesses engaged in illegal activities.
  • Clients who misuse our service or breach these Terms.

10. Modifications

Reputro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reputro operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
